Factory-direct hardware across five categories — all built on self-developed PCB, available for low-MOQ OEM/ODM customization.
What is YUNTOR's vehicle safety product range?
YUNTOR is a Shenzhen source factory building five categories of vehicle intelligent safety hardware: 360° AVM surround-view systems, BSD/infrared/IPC vehicle cameras, GA/T 2372 DMS & ADAS cameras, 4G AI terminals and MDVR recorders, and IP65 audible-visual alarms. Every line runs on self-developed boards and is available for low-MOQ OEM/ODM from 100 units.

360° AVM Systems
YUNTOR 360° AVM (Around View Monitor) systems stitch four to six fisheye channels into a seamless bird’s-eye view, eliminating blind zones around commercial vehicles. As a source factory with self-developed boards, we match host, display and camera configurations to your fleet from low MOQ.
- FB8005 — 360° AVM all-in-one — four-channel seamless stitching, AI-assisted, 4× fisheye lens
- FB8007 — Commercial-vehicle 360° six-channel host — 10.1" IPS, 6× AHD, BSD alarm
- X300 / X301 / X302 — 360° surround-view displays & sun-visor series (7" to 10.1")
-
Vehicle Cameras
From BSD blind-spot detection to infrared reversing and IP network cameras, YUNTOR vehicle cameras are built on automotive-grade, wide-temperature and anti-vibration housings. AHD/analog compatibility lets you match them to existing displays.
- X037, X084 — BSD blind-spot detection cameras
- X105, X015, X018, X099, X901 — Panoramic / general vehicle cameras
- X068, X067, X069 — Infrared / reversing cameras (metal housing)
-
DMS & ADAS Cameras
YUNTOR DMS (Driver Monitoring System) and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) cameras add active safety to commercial fleets — real-time fatigue and distraction alerts plus forward-collision and lane-departure warnings. DMS models are designed to meet GA/T 2372.
- X066, X065 — DMS driver fatigue warning cameras (GA/T 2372 compliant)
- X225 — ADAS active safety camera (FCWS, LDWS)
- X124, X125 — Mini DMS series
-
AI Terminals & MDVR
YUNTOR AI terminals and MDVR recorders bring edge computing and 4G fleet management to commercial vehicles — live tracking, dual-channel recording and camera-module integration on self-developed hardware.
- ITH-C5, ITH-M525 — Waterproof AI terminal & MINI AI edge-computing terminal
- X400 — Dual-channel dashcam (4G fleet management)
- X285, X22G83 — MIPI and other camera modules

Alarms & Accessories
YUNTOR audible-visual alarms warn pedestrians and operators around commercial and special vehicles. Plastic and metal housings with high/low trigger options and IP65 waterproofing suit harsh operating environments.
- X138, X139, X148 — Plastic & metal audible-visual alarms (high/low trigger, IP65 waterproof)

Choosing across the YUNTOR product range
How do I choose the right vehicle safety product category?
Match the category to the risk you are solving: 360° AVM systems remove all-round blind zones for parking and maneuvering; Vehicle Cameras (BSD/infrared) cover side and rear blind spots; DMS & ADAS cameras monitor driver fatigue and road hazards; AI Terminals & MDVR record and stream fleet video over 4G; Alarms warn people around the vehicle. Most fleets combine two or three.
Can I order across multiple product categories in one purchase order?
Yes. As a single source factory, YUNTOR supplies all five categories on self-developed boards, so a mixed fleet can standardize on one supplier and one PO instead of piecing together multiple vendors.
What is the minimum order quantity across the product range?
Custom branding, housing and protocols start from just 100–500 units on any category, far below the high MOQs typical of large suppliers, with prototyping as fast as 7–10 days.
Are all product categories customizable for OEM/ODM?
Yes. Because YUNTOR designs its own PCBs and firmware, every category supports OEM/ODM customization of branding, housing color, connectors and private protocols from low MOQ.
